Miles Market was experiencing a high condenser water temperature loop problem that was affecting the performance of their refrigeration rack systems.

ChillTech, in partnership with Hillphoenix, proposed 

the addition of a purpose-built mechanical rack system that overcame the high water temperature that was affecting the existing rack system, which resulted in a significantly more reliable system overall.
